The official last day to lecture phase...the week was filled with different 3 different speakers, a full schedule of work duties, a needed movie to shake hearts and attitudes, a bit of tears, frustrations, joys and finally today- PEACE!!
After the treacherous decisions- we have decided that GOD REALLY IS BIG ENOUGH!! This Sunday evening we head to Belize City, spend 3 days working with children. DTS will come back to the base on Wednesday afternoon and gear up to leave Thursday afternoon to Mexico City, as of now, 6 or 7 students will be going to Mexico. Elizabeth is needing God to do a miracle to see this part of outreach a reality for her. Our schedule is packed. We'll embark on our 30 hour bus trip...working with Megacities in one of the city's regions. Our ministry will begin by reading the whole Bible- making declarations over the city and believing God for the supernatural. We'll be introduced to a church or two and work to make new connections to other ministries/Christians/churches while we declare God's rescuing heart over this region.
After three weeks, our team will split...2 back to Belize and 4 onto the Dominican Republic. We'll attend YWAM's 50th Anniversary Celebration Conference. YWAM's founders, Loren and Darlene Cunningham, will be speaking along with other leaders and pioneers of this mission and Caribbean region. There will be lots of vision as we peer into YWAM's past and look onto our future!
Please pray with us in these next weeks, We need God's hand to move- the team is still in need of about $6,000us to see the 4 students go to the DR and the others to finish their outreach in Belize
